The history of the Barents cooperation is based on the long-lasting manifold relations that have been created over the years between all its participants who have proved to be reliable partners able to find solutions to the most demanding challenges.

During the III International Online Session initiated by the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis it is planned to make sure the members of the Barents member counties are on the same page a year after the Coronavirus spread.

The main objectives of the event are to discuss the current situation with Covid-19 in the regions, including current restrictions, specific measures and the vaccination campaign, as well as current and future joint initiatives to develop cooperation.
